Scrambled Eggs
Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1/3 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 tablespoon butter
Instructions
Beat the eggs with a fork until well beaten. Blend in the cheese, sour cream, seasonings, and bacon; set aside. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the butter. Pour in the egg mixture. As it cooks, stir gently with a spoon, continuing until the eggs are set.
