Strata
Ingredients
- 3 cups milk
- 6 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 12 or more slices of bread
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can of Spam or 8 ounces of thinly sliced ham
Instructions
Butter a 9 X 13-inch pan and line with bread. Put a layer of Spam or ham thinly sliced over the bread and cover with cheddar cheese cover with bread again. Pour over the egg mixture and set over nice. Before baking sprinkle with corn flakes or potato chips and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
