Ingredients

  • 1 single-serving RM Thick & Rich Chocolate Shake (powder only)
  • 1 Egg white
  • 1 teaspoon Water
  • Walden Farms Pancake Syrup
  1. Combine ingredients in a bowl using a spoon or whisk.

  2. Then, cook batter on a heated pan greased with a small amount of zero calorie nonstick cooking spray. Allow the pancake to cook on each side for 2-3 minutes or until done.

  3. Serve with syrup, sliced fruit, or other approved toppings if desired.
