Swiss Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 24 oz. frozen, shredded hash browns
  • 1 cup Half and Half
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 oz. can of diced green chilies
  • 1 cup grated Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup bacon cooked and crumbled, or diced ham

Instructions

In a 9x13 pan, melt butter in oven and add hash browns. Cook at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Mix all remaining ingredients and pour over potatoes and cook for 30 more minutes at 350 degrees
