I do something really similar to this, but instead of brushing with egg white and sprinkling parsley, I brush some melted butter with a little garlic powder and the grated (or shredded) Parmesan cheese. Then it tastes like you're eating spaghetti wrapped in garlic bread! Super delicious! Definitely recommend this recipe!
