- 15 ounce egg noodles
- 2 clove garlic
- 3 ounce green beans
- 2 ounce carrots
- 3 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 3 ounce red bell pepper
- 3 tablespoon oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 ounce chives for garnish

Add the meat to a heated wok or pan with heated oil.
