Addictive Amish Style Applesauce Cake

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup shortening or butter
- 2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 cup applesauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 1/2 cup flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup cherries, halved
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Cream together the first 2 ingredients.

Add the next 3 ingredients and mix with a mixer.

Add the dry ingredients and stir with a wooden spoon.

Stir in walnuts, raisins and cherry halves.
- Pour into a well greased bundt pan. Bake for 1 hour or until knife inserted in center of cake comes out clean.
