Apple Cake
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 4 cups apples, peeled, sliced
- 1/2 cup raisins, (optional)
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 cups flour
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 F. Grease 2 9x5 loaf pans or 1 tube pan. Blend ingredients in listed order until thoroughly moistened. Do not overmix. Pour batter into pans. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
