Apple Cake
Ingredients
- 4 cups raw apples
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 tsps cinnamon
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
Instructions
Mix together the raw apples, eggs (break over apples and stir), 1/2 cup vegetable oil, 1 cup brown sugar and 1 cup white sugar In different bowl mix 2 tsp cinnamon, 2 cups flour, 1 tsp salt and 1tsp baking soda - Mix together and add to apple mixture Stir it all up and bake it at 325-350 degrees in a glass baking dish for 45 minutes.
