    Apricot Nectar Cake

    Ingredients

    • 3-oz. pkg. orange-flavored gelatin
    • 1/2 cup boiling water
    • 12.5-oz pkg yellow cake mix
    • 4 eggs
    • 2/3 cup oil
    • 1/3 cup apricot nectar

    Instructions

    Dissolve orange-flavored gelatin in boiling water. Cool. Mix dissolved gelatin, cake mix, eggs, oil and apricot nectar in electric mixer. Pour into a greased bundt pan. Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 45 to 50 minutes. Remove from pan. Glaze while still warm. GLAZE 1/2 cup apricot nectar 3 cups confectioners' sugar, sifted Juice of one lemon 1 teaspoon vanilla Mix together and pour over cake.
