Banana Cake
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 3/4 cup sour milk
- 1 cup mashed bananas
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
Cream butter and sugar, add egg and banana. Add flour and dry ingredients alternately with milk and vanilla. Pour into 2 greased 8 inch layer pans. Bake 25 minutes or until pick comes clean at 375. Can use 9x13 pan but time will be different. Frost with cream cheese frosting.
