I'm not entirely sure this lives up to its name as better than anything, but it's certainly a splendid and delicious cake. I love peaches anyway and this is a great way of using some of what we have after availing ourselves of a sale last week. The coconut and almond topping is great and really complements the peach filling. It's a good recipe and I heartily recommend it.
