Blueberry Cream Cheese Cake
Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 can blueberry pie filling
- 12 ounce Cool Whip (whipped cream substitute)
Instructions
Mix cake mix and bake in 3 layer- 8 inch cake pans. Follow package directions. In mixing bowl mix cream cheese and sugar till fluffy. Fold in cool whip. Spread each cake layer with pie filling and cheese mixture. Keep chilled until ready to serve.
