Chestnut hazelnut Cake
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 150 grams powdered sugar
- 15 grams vanilla sugar
- 220 grams chestnut puree
- 100 grams melted butter
- 150 grams ground hazelnuts
Instructions
Mix together eggs, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy. Add chestnut puree, butter and hazelnuts to the egg mixture. Pour into a cake form, and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius (about 350 degrees Fahrenheit) for 40 minutes.
