Coconut Bundt Cake
Ingredients
- 2 cup sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 5 eggs
- 1 teaspoon coconut flavoring
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cup flour
- 1 cup flaked coconut
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 10 inch bundt pan. Cream butter, and sugar together until light, in a large bowl. Add eggs to the cream mixture one egg at a time and beat well. Add coconut flavoring . Alternate adding flour and milk, make sure to mix well after each. Fold in coconut and pour into bundt pan. Bake until toothpick comes out clean when inserted, about 1 hour.
