Cream Cheese Coffeecake
Ingredients
- 2 pkgs cresent rolls
- 16 ounces cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 2 tbls sugar
Instructions
Spread on package of rolls into the bottom of ungreased 13 x 9" pan. Combine cream cheese, egg yolk and 1 cup sugar. Spread onto crust. Spread second pkg of rolls on top of cheese misture. Beat egg white and spread on top of crust. Sprinkle with nuts and remaining sugar. Bake at 325 for 30 minutes.
