Five flavor Pound Cake
Ingredients
- 2 sticks creamery butter
- 1/2 c. Crisco
- 3 c. sugar
- 5 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. milk
- 3 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon lemon extract
- 1 teaspoon butter flavoring
- 1 teaspoon coconut flavoring
- 1 teaspoon rum flavoring
Instructions
Cream butter and Crisco well. Add sugar and beaten eggs. Add flour and baking powder alternately with milk; blend well. Stir in flavorings. Bake in well greased 10-inch tube pan for 1 1/2 hours at 300 degrees. Let cake cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out.
