  • 2 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 cup Whole Milk
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • Powdered Sugar
