Lemon Lime Pound Cake

Lemon Lime Pound Cake

"This Lemon Lime Pound Cake is light and fluffy with a delicious citrus flavor. The secret ingredient to this cake? Soda! My kids love to watch the batter bubble up after you add the soda. Baking is science! The soda gives the cake its signature lemon-lime flavor, but the glaze on top also packs a citrusy punch. While there are only 10 ingredients, you will want to take your time with this recipe to make sure everything is combined properly. Bring the eggs to room temperature before adding them to the cake. You can do this by placing them in a bowl of warm water as you begin the recipe. Make sure the cake is completely cool before glazing or the glaze will melt right off. Enjoy! "
