Lemon Poppyseed Cake
Ingredients
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 3/4 cup oil
- 3/4 cup apricot nectar
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup poppy seeds
Instructions
Mix above ingredients together until smooth. Bake in a loaf pan or Bundt pan 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool 5 minutes. Remove from pan and glaze with mixture of 5 tablespoons lemon juice and 1/2 cup sugar.
