    Lemon Supreme Bundt Cake

    Ingredients

    • 1 Lemon Supreme Cake Mix
    • 1 Pkg (3 oz.) Lemon Instant pudding
    • 1/2 cup oil
    • 4 eggs
    • 2 tsps vanilla
    • zest of 1/2 lemon
    • water and lemon juice to equal 1 cup liquid
    • 2 oz.s poppy seeds soaked and drained (optional)
    • 2 teaspoons Vanilla

    Instructions

    Mix well in large bowl scraping often. Place in greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake in a 350 oven for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean and dry. Drizzle 1/2 cup icing sugar 1 Tbsp. butter - softened zest and juice of 1/2 lemon When cake is completely cool, remove from pan. Mix icing sugar, butter and lemon zest and juice. Drizzle over.
