Lemon Supreme Bundt Cake
Ingredients
- 1 Lemon Supreme Cake Mix
- 1 Pkg (3 oz.) Lemon Instant pudding
- 1/2 cup oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- zest of 1/2 lemon
- water and lemon juice to equal 1 cup liquid
- 2 oz. poppy seeds soaked and drained (optional)
- 2 teaspoon Vanilla
Instructions
Mix well in large bowl scraping often. Place in greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake in a 350 oven for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean and dry. Drizzle 1/2 cup icing sugar 1 Tbsp. butter - softened zest and juice of 1/2 lemon When cake is completely cool, remove from pan. Mix icing sugar, butter and lemon zest and juice. Drizzle over.
