Mexican Pineapple Cake
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 t. baking powder
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple (do not drain!)
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl gently stir all of the ingredients together by hand until well combined. Pour into a greased and floured 13 x 9 inch cake pan. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Cool before cutting.
