Ingredients
- For the Cake
- 1 box white cake mix
- 1 4-ounce box instant vanilla pudding
- 3/4 cup 7-Up
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup canola oil
- 1 10-ounce jar maraschino cherries, drained and juice reserved
- For the Glaze
- 2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoon heavy cream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. -
Spray a 10-inch bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.

In a medium bowl, combine all the cake ingredients, mix until combined.

Pour batter into prepared bundt pan.

Bake for about 45-55 minutes (until inserted toothpick comes out clean).

Once it’s finished baking, while still in the pan, poke holes all over the cake using a wooden skewer.

Pour cherry juice on top.

Allow cake to cool completely.

Meanwhile combine sugar and cream to make a glaze.

Invert onto a plate and top with glaze and cherries.
