Snappy Apple Dapple Cake

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 cups plain flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup apple pie filling
- 1 cup chopped nuts (pecan or walnuts)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Beat together oil, sugar, flour, eggs, cinnamon, salt, soda and vanilla (batter will be very thick).
- Add apple pie filling and nuts.
- Beat until mixed (batter becomes more thin and light).
- Pour into 2 greased and floured (or use PAM) 9x5x3 inch loaf pans or may use 4 small loaf pans or 1 large 10 inch tube pan.
- Bake about 1 hour 15 minutes.
