    Soft & Moist Pistachio Cake

    Ingredients

    • 1 box yellow cake mix
    • 1 package instant pistachio pudding
    • 1 cup sour cream
    • 1/2 cup oil
    • 1/4 cup sugar
    • 1/4 cup water
    • 4 eggs

    Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake for 1 hour.
