- 1 prepared angel food cake
- 1 can lemon pie filling
- 1 small tub Cool Whip
Instructions
- Cut angel food cake in half. In the bottom half of the cake, carve out a trench large enough to hold the pie filling. Spread entire can of pie filling in the trench. Spread a layer of Cool Whip over top.
- Put the top half of the cake back on top of the bottom half. Spread the remaining Cool Whip all over cake. Chill at least one hour and serve.
