Stupidly Easy 3-Ingredient Lemon Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 prepared angel food cake
  • 1 can lemon pie filling
  • 1 small tub Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Cut angel food cake in half. In the bottom half of the cake, carve out a trench large enough to hold the pie filling. Spread entire can of pie filling in the trench. Spread a layer of Cool Whip over top.
     
  2. Put the top half of the cake back on top of the bottom half. Spread the remaining Cool Whip all over cake. Chill at least one hour and serve.
