Sweet Nothings Coffee Cake

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 3 cup flour
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Cream butter and 2 cups sugar; add vanilla.

Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add alternately with sour cream, beating well after each addition to keep batter smooth.

Spoon 1/3 of batter into greased tube pan.

Combine 3/4 cup sugar, cinnamon and nuts; sprinkle 1/3 over batter and repeat twice.

Bake for 70 minutes or until cake tests done.
- Cool for 10 minutes and then remove from pan to cool completely.
