Upside Down Banapple Cake

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar or 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup oil
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 (6-ounce) can crushed pineapple
- 1/2 cup pecans or walnuts
- 1 cup banana, chopped
- 1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 tablespoon milk
Instructions

In a large bowl mix flour, sugar or honey, salt, baking soda and cinnamon.

In a small bowl, beat eggs and oil well with mixer. Pour two mixtures together and stir with a spoon until moist.

Stir in vanilla, pineapple, nuts and bananas.

Spoon into a greased 16 cup microwave ring mold. Microwave on high for 9 to 12 minutes. Rotate cake 1/4 turn every 3 minutes.

Invert cake 5 minutes after done.

In a small bowl place cream cheese and microwave on high 30 seconds. Add powdered sugar, butter, milk and vanilla. Beat until smooth.
- Frost cake with cream cheese mixture.
