    Whisky Cake

    Ingredients

    • 1 pkg yellow cake mix
    • 1 pkg vanilla instant pudding
    • 3/4 cup oil
    • 4 eggs
    • 1/2 cup milk
    • 1/2 cup whiskey
    • 2 tablespoons sour cream
    • 1 cup chopped walnuts
    • 1 sm bottle maraschino cherries, cut in half

    Instructions

    Mix all but last two ingredients, beat until smooth, fold in last two. Well grease and flour large (7 1/2" X 11" X 2") pan. Bake at 350 F for 1 hour. Glaze 1/2 stick butter 1/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup Whiskey Heat and let boil for one minute. Pour over cooled cake.
