• 1/2 cup margarine
• 1 3/4 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup sour milk
• 2 1/2 cups flour
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp cloves
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 2 cups grated zucchini
• 1/2 cup oil
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/2 tsp soda
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup chocolate chips, optional
• 1/2 cup nuts, optional
