Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup dark Karo syrup
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • dipping chocolate

Instructions

  1. Boil sugar, syrup and vinegar to 290 degrees F.
     
  2. Remove from heat and bring over to buttered pan.
     
  3. Add 1 teaspoon of sifted baking soda. Pour mixture quickly in pan.
     
  4. Let cool and break into pieces. Dip pieces in dipping chocolate.
