Angelfood Candy

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup dark corn syrup
  • 1 table spoon vinegar
  • 1 table spoon baking soda
  • 1 1/2 pound chocolate

Instructions

Butter 9/13 cake pan. Mix sugar, syrup, and vinegar together in heavy sauce pan over med heat. Heat to almost 300F. Remove from heat. Stir in baking soda. Mix quickly together. Pour into pan. Don't spread - will spread on its own. Let cool. Break into pieces. Melt chocolate in microwave on low until smooth. Dip pieces into chocolate. White/dark/med chocolate can be used.
