Buckeyes
Ingredients
- 1 1/3 stick butter or margarine
- 1 1/2 c smooth peanut butter
- 1 pound powdered sugar
- 12 ounces chocolate chips
- 1x1 piece of paraffin
Instructions
Melt butter, add peanut butter, sugar and form into balls. Chill for 1/2 hour. Melt in boiler, the chocolate chips and paraffin cut into small pieces. Using a toothpick, dip balls into mixture, leaving a small port hole.
