Coffee Fudge

Ingredients

  • 2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup strong black coffee
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds

Instructions

Butter 8" square pan. Combine all ingredients in a heavy pan and boil for 8 minutes (to soft ball stage -- 234F). If desired, add nuts. Beat until smooth and creamy; pour into pan; cool and cut into squares.
