Cappuccino Truffles
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon instant coffee
- 2 tablespoon orange juice
- 2 tablespoon brandy flavoring
- 7 ounce marshmallow creme
- 3 cup crushed chocolate wafers
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 2 tablespoon orange peel
- 2 tablespoon cocoa
- 2 tablespoon confectioner's sugar
- coconut to coat
Instructions
Dissolve coffee in combined juice and flavorings. Gradually add to marshmallow creme with mixer. Add crumbs, pecans and peel. Shape into 1-inch balls. Roll half of balls in combined cocoa and confectioner's sugar. Roll remaining balls in coconut. Makes about 5 dozen.
