Espresso Bacon Bark
If you're a fan of rich espresso and indulgent bacon, combine the two in this Espresso Bacon Bark -- a super decadent treat for the adventurous and trendy eater. Made with real espresso beans, full chunks of chopped bacon, sea salt, and chocolate morsels, this bark is easy to make and tastes splendid every time. If you're not into that bold coffee flavor you can lessen or leave out the espresso beans completely, however, this recipe is perfect for coffee lovers because that flavors really shines through. Bitter dark chocolate and espresso flavors are offset by salty bacon and the sweet aftertaste of the chocolate morsels. You'll get a bit of crunch from the bacon and from the beans as well, making this a flavorful and textural eating experience. Make this bark for a recipe that is far from ordinary, completely memorable, and utterly delicious.
