Homemade Gummy Bears

While it might be easier to buy bears at the store, these homemade gummy bears are much tastier. Made with just a few ingridients (including real fruit juice), our gummy bear recipe is sure to taste way better than a store-bought bag. Ingredients
- 1 cup berry fruit juice (or any fruit juice)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 (0.25-ounce) packets unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- Gummy bear molds (see Note)
Instructions:

In a saucepan, bring the berry juice and lemon juice to a boil.

Add the gelatin and stir continuously for 3 minutes until dissolved.

Remove from the heat and stir in the sugar until dissolved.

Pour the mixture into gummy bear molds (see Note) and transfer to the refrigerator to set for at least 2 hours.
