No Bake Granola Peanut Butter Balls
These No Bake Granola Peanut Butter Balls are great on the go. They're filled with lots of healthy ingredients that will keep you energized for holiday shopping or hiking. You could also drizzle chocolate on them for an easy no bake dessert.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup creamy or chunky peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/4 cup nonfat dry milk
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 cups cinnamon raisin granola
- 1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup flaked coconut
Instructions
- In a 2-quart saucepan combine peanut butter, water, dry milk, and honey. Cook slowly over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens. Remove from heat.
- Stir in granola, then chocolate chips. Let cool 1-2 minutes or until mixture is cool enough to handle.
- Place coconut in shallow pie plate. With buttered hands shape mixture into 16 balls. Roll each ball in coconut; place in covered container using wax paper between layers. Store in refrigerator.
