No-Bake Peanut Butter Balls
There's plenty of recipes for peanut butter balls out there but what sets this one apart is how fast and easy it is - no baking required! These No-Bake Peanut Butter Balls have a double crunch: from Rice Krispies and crunchy peanut butter.
Ingredients
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup extra crunchy peanut butter
- 1 cup Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 pkg. coconut
Instructions
- Mix peanut butter and butter.
- Add Rice Krispies and powdered sugar.
- Roll into balls.
- Make glaze with water and powdered sugar.
- Dip in glaze and roll in coconut.
