Tiger Bark
Ingredients
- 1 pound white chocolate
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 pound dark chocolate
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 cup crushed rice krispies
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
Melt white chocolate, add peanut butter. Mix thouroughly. Melt dark chocolate. Add any or all of the coconut, rice krispies or nuts. Pour dark chocolate mixture into the white chocolate mixture. Stir only 1 or 2 times. Don't mix completely or you won't get the tiger stripe effect. Pour into a greased 11" x 15" pan. Cool and cut into pieces. The more things you put into the dark chocolate the easier it is to cut. Use a good quality chocolate, not Almond Bark.
