Ingredients

1/2 pound Velveeta cheese, sliced
1 cup butter
2 (16-ounce) boxes powdered sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 cup nutmeats (walnuts or pecans)

Instructions

Melt butter and cheese in a large saucepan, stirring constantly. Add other ingredients in order given and stir until smooth.
Spread in a 10x15 inch buttered pan. Cool completely and cut into squares.
