Ingredients
- 2 cup broccoli, chopped
- 2 cup mushrooms, chopped
- 3/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup peppers, chopped
- 1/4 cup chick peas
- 1/2 cup egg substitute
- 1 ounce lowfat mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon light mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoon slivered almonds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Put veggies in a large casserole pan.
- Mix egg substitute, cheese, and mayo. Pour over vegetables.
- Sprinkle almonds over the top. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
