Baked Mexican Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
- 10 whole Anaheim peppers, peeled and deseeded
- 1/2 pound Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 pound Cheddar, grated
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup flour
- 3/4 cup milk
- salt
- pepper
- 1 dash habanero sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degree F.
- Fill peppers with Monterey Jack and lay side-by-side in a 9" x 13" baking dish. Sprinkle w/ cheddar.
- Beat together eggs, flour and milk and pour over chiles. Add seasonings.
- Bake uncovered for 45 minutes.

I would imagine around 350* depending on how hot your oven runs, but watch it and make sure the bottom doesn't get too brown. If you use a glass pan, lower the temp by 25*! Hope this helps! :)
