    Baked Mexican Stuffed Peppers

    Spice up your life with these Baked Mexican Stuffed Peppers! Traditional Mexican foods are bursting with flavor, plus an added kick of habanero sauce really spices up this dish.

    Ingredients

    • 10 whole Anaheim peppers, peeled and deseeded
    • 1/2 pound Monterey Jack cheese
    • 1/2 pound Cheddar, grated
    • 3 eggs
    • 1/4 cup flour
    • 3/4 cup milk
    • salt
    • pepper
    • 1 dash habanero sauce

    Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degree F.
       
    2. Fill peppers with Monterey Jack and lay side-by-side in a 9" x 13" baking dish. Sprinkle w/ cheddar.
       
    3. Beat together eggs, flour and milk and pour over chiles. Add seasonings.
       
    4. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes.

    Please post the temperture this is to be baked at.

    I would imagine around 350* depending on how hot your oven runs, but watch it and make sure the bottom doesn't get too brown. If you use a glass pan, lower the temp by 25*! Hope this helps! :)

    Bake at what temperature?????
