- 1/2 can (1 pound) chopped tomatoes
- 1 cup macaroni, cooked
- 1/2 cup cracker crumbs
- 1 small onion, diced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons sugar, can add more to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Bake in casserole dish in the oven at for about 45 minutes.

To make sure the macaroni is not overdone after baking, it should be drained before it is completely done. That way the macaroni will be a good consistency.
