Ingredients
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1 can (14-ounce) cream corn
- 1 can (14-ounce) kernel corn drained or frozen kernel corn
- 1 cup sour cream or yogurt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 1/2 cup biscuit mix
- 1/4 cup cornmeal
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Melt margarine and spread to cover pan. Pour remaining melted margarine into a separate bowl.
- Add cream corn, kernel corn, sour cream or yogurt, eggs, biscuit mix, and cornmeal to bowl and blend until mixed.
- Pour into pan and bake for 40 to 50 minutes. Serve warm.
