Broccoli Casserole with a Crunch

Ingredients
- 1 bag frozen broccoli (about 10 ounces)
- 1/2 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup mayonaise
- 8 ounces grated sharp cheese
- 1/2 cup saltine crackers, crushed
- 2 tablespoons onion, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Cook broccoli for 5 to 8 minutes and drain. Mix broccoli with soup, mayonaise, cheese, crackers, onions, salt, pepper, and egg. Sprinkle extra cheese on top and then extra cracker crumbs. Bake until top is bubbly.
