Broccoli Casserole with a Crunch

Yummy casseroles, like this Broccoli Casserole with a Crunch, are just the thing on a cold winter day. Filled with cheese, broccoli, and saltine crackers, this easy casserole is as easy to make as it is to eat!

Ingredients

  • 1 bag frozen broccoli (about 10 ounces)
  • 1/2 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup mayonaise
  • 8 ounce grated sharp cheese
  • 1/2 cup saltine crackers, crushed
  • 2 tablespoon onion, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
     
  2. Cook broccoli for 5 to 8 minutes and drain.  Mix broccoli with soup, mayonaise, cheese, crackers, onions, salt, pepper, and egg. Sprinkle extra cheese on top and then extra cracker crumbs.  Bake until top is bubbly.
