Ingredients
- 2 bags frozen broccoli
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 jar pimentos
- 1 can mushrooms pieces
- 12 ounce Cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Thaw brocolli completely and be sure to drain any excess water.
- Mix broccoli, sour cream, pimentos, and mushrooms in a bowl. Pour in an ungreased casserole dish and top with lots of shredded Cheddar cheese. Bake in oven for 30 minutes.
